Poster competition
- Entry Submission:
- Participants must complete one of the three official entry methods provided by the contest organizers.
- Up to three entries per person is allowed.
- The submitted poster/s must be original and created solely by the participant.
- Plagiarism or any form of copyright infringement will result in immediate disqualification.
- The posters must not contain profane or subversive language as these will be posted in public spaces for the general public.
- Theme and Format:
- Participants must adhere to the given theme.
- The poster must be submitted in a digital format, preferably in a high-resolution JPEG or PDF file.
- The maximum file size for submission is 10 MB
- Rights and Permissions:
- By submitting their entry, participants grant the contest organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the poster in connection with the contest and any related promotional activities.
- Participants will retain ownership and all other rights to their submitted posters.
- Judging and Selection:
- The judging panel will consist of qualified individuals selected by the contest organizers.
- The selection of winners will be based on criteria determined by the judging panel, such as creativity, originality, adherence to the theme, and overall impact of the poster.
- The decision of the judging panel will be final and binding.
- Winner Notification:
- Winners will be notified via the contact information provided in their entry form.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within a specified period, an alternative winner may be selected at the discretion of the contest organizers.
- Publicity:
- By participating in the contest, winners agree to allow the contest organizers to use submitted posters for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Disqualification and Termination:
- The contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
